iOS DJI Go 4 v 4.2.6

Not even take off, I got the maximum distance reached warning while I moved the MA.

I had never got this warning in previous firmware.

Rolled everything back

With the new firmware i had a max height warning at 5.0 meters when 50 meters was set as a limit..... maybe there is an issue there.

Probably it is not the firmware but DJI Go 4 that give false warning

But the Air dropped about 1 meter when the warning came...

Now confirmed. Whenever I flip the MA upsidedown (to turnoff) the max flight distance reached warning will be fired up. Hmm.... should I be concerned.

Sounds like it is a warning from the downward sensor having a limit. When you turn it very the point below the Air is much further away.

Sorry for the late reply. Did the issue resolve? There is a new firmware v01.00.0400 for Mavic Air since, please also try this version and see if it has the same issue or any other problems.

Did you check the maximum high and distance set in DJI Go?

Thankyou all. This thread was posted since Feb. I ignored the warning message. I have had no other problem. Just worried about the message. It still appears in latest firmware when I flip the aircraft to turn off. Possibly the program designer should discard the relevant sensor reading while the aircraft is not flying.

Also should not flip the air to turn off. Power down with the right stick.
