Hi, i’m Alessandro, i’m experiencing a strange issues with my dji spark.
After one of the latest update of dji go4 (the one that include the mavic air) the button on my dji spark remote controller does not work anymore...
All of the other button still work and make a small sound but the video button won’t work anyway, no sound, no function.
Also when I open the dji go4 app, the app automatically start to record a video...
How can I resolve this problem???

I have tried to reinstall the app on the same device, on another device and also I have tried to disconnect and reconnect the RC to the spark but nothing happen.... the video button still not work...
Maybe the RC needs a factory reset or something similar???
