I experienced the flimsiness of the handle, actually its the one that is anchored on the case.  I grabbed the case, because I was in a hurry, the thing connecting the handle and the case just broke and I dropped the case.  Fortunately, the case was fine.  Hence, i tried some DIY solutions, and here it is

Following a recommendation here I bought the eBay set from this seller and it is now the strongest part of my case. The product was delivered in a couple of days and is superbly engineered, fits in seconds and was really reasonable priced. This guy!s feedback speaks for itself.

The above set is the handle hardware AND replacements for all the feet.  The feet on the DJI-supplied case are hollow and tend to break.  The accent parts supplied in the above package are solid.  We changed everything over - took about fifteen minutes and a Philips-head screwdriver.

What about the foam inserts inside case that falling apart everytime you put the inspire in and out of the case?

I can't vouch for this product, but someone is making 3D-printed inserts for the motor cutouts on the case.
