suddenly i am having this problem .. i am unable to update my firmware via any source .. i have also contacted the support but the dont have any progressive solution for the same ..
also the problem is i bought this from newyork and i am in india right now and i wont be returning for a while .. along with that my warranty expires in a month or so ...

Chances are high you'll get someone from India on the other side of the wire.

If the RC is not connecting, try to relink the RC to the drone. If that does not work, try a new cable and connect it to the bottom usb port but remove any cable from the side port.

I tried the same last night from the DJI Assistant to do a refresh went through the whole down load and and at the end it gave me an error.
Told me batteries had to be above 50%. recharged and all went well.
