am using android system huawei p20 pro and before one week it was working with me dji osmo mobile 2 tracking mode but now I don't know what is the issue I try to reinstall  the app and turn on auto rotate or off is not working any help plz

I found solution for these with "active track problem". Update from 02.10.2019. to version 3.1.58 is problem. Don't update or if you already did, uninstall the app and isntall version  3.1.52. From March 11 2019. Good luck.

Hi good day.
Speaking with technical service, they gave me a solution to the problem.
They tell me that the latest version of the application DJI GO V 3.1.58 does not support Active track
the solution is to return to an earlier version of the APP DJI GO.
I attach the link, download the file, unzip it and record it on your cell phone, and then install it.
but first uninstall version 3.1.58 to avoid conflicts.

Hi guys! I just found out what's happening. Your phone orientation (portrait, landscape) should be UNLOCKED. Now it works just fine.

Hi DJI users, I have the same problem with my active track I unlock and lock the phone Samsung note 8 and do no working I tried to set up many times up to active track and honestly something wrong with the DJI Go app before 4, other than that working fine. Any solution to this particular problem because is a problem.  Any advice, please?
