Bought used Inspire 1, V1 with two controllers, seller claims all things worked fine when shipped.  The Slave controller will move the X3 camera (left, right, up, down) but there is no camera image.  Have tried to Ipads and Iphone and they all read "No Image Transmission".  Is this a Firmware issue or hardware?  All Apple devices work on the Master controller but, again, no image shows when mounted on the Slave.

Note: When I turn on the Slave and the Master is OFF, it does not show a Control Serial Number.  Even if I change it to Master.  If you turn on the Master then the Slave it shows the number for the Master.

Hi fansc679fa3c, with regard to this technical issue you are experiencing, please make sure that both remote controllers are updated to the latest version. To do this, connect your remote controller to the aircraft one at a time and tap the status bar on the app to check if there is an update available for the remote controller. If there is none for both remote controllers, please try to re-update your aircraft through the Zenmuse X3 camera by using the .BIN file from this link and as shown below ---> https://www.dji.com/inspire-1/in ... te_search#downloads
