Quick guidence please.

I took the Mavic Air out for its first decent length flight this weekend that passed.  I forgot to add in the SD card but know that the Air has built in memory.  How do I get the images and video off the built in memory (I haven't started the Mavic up since so I am hoping they are on there) and on to my PC?  Or will it be easier to connect and download to phone and then find a way to sync the Phone data onto the PC?

Connect the Mavic air to your computer using the USB cable. The internal storage will appear as an USB drive ..

Is it that simple?  Let me try that then!

Sure - that's how it's supposed to work, but doesn't work for some of us on Win 10 64bit PC. Storage not detected, even though Assistant 2 can see it to update. I hope the op doesn't have this issue also.

Hi! Guys, help me please to clean the internal memory in Mavic Air. I shot a few videos and after it uses telephone memory only.
I connected with Mac and deleted all files from DCIM - 100MEDIA but it doesn't help. only 129,7 Mb are available.
Or I should use only SD card?

Under one of the settings in DJI Go there is the option to format the internal memory and memory card.
