I got my drone back from DJI (its a bran new tho) but now the drone cant find GPS signal if the cable is pludded in . it means 80% of the features are disabled, However on Wifi works fine . any idea how to sort this out ?

check out the forum, about a thousand posts concerning this. DJI disabled OTG after DJI GO4 v4.1.15. Go back to v4.1.15 and all will be fine

Will it void warranty (DJI care)if you go back to v4.1.15 and crash because you where not on the latest update?

Dji Mods have stated several times in this forum that the OTG cable itself voids warranty. I will stick to wifi until they bring it back this time 'officially'. After all the Mavic Air has it included... and yes, I would keep the software up to date as you don#t know what kind of 'silent' updates might be coded in order to increase reliability.
