I don't believe you can like you could with the P2 (using the SW1 and SW2 switches) - would this be right?  Seems like the P3 100% relies on the DJI Pilot app to do pretty much everything with regards to registering, flying, etc.

Per the Phantom manual, the compass can only be calibrated from within the DJI Pilot app.

In www.kopterforum.de Arthur stated you can do it like on the p2, switch the right switch many times from gps to manual and back, then do the usual "compass dance".
I will get my P3 next week, will try this then...
