I have a DJI Phantom 2 Vision + that I crashed yesterday and the camera had come off the gimbal.

Can the camera just be put back on the gimbal and then replace the cable?

2nd question the camera lens has a small crack in it so it looks like I will also have to replace the camera but it looks like you can only replace that whole assembly meaning gimbal and camera - Is that correct.

So if I have to replace that whole assembly can I replace the gimbal/camera assemble with a gopro gimbal and a gopro camera


Or should I just order and new gimbal and camera that is for the DJI Phantom 2 Vision +

It is possible to install a GoPro camera on a Vision+. In order to retain all camera functions in the DJI Vision app, you'll need to install a GoPro along with the QuickRelease:
