More details might help. Does your phone see the RC ? Does it just refuse to connect similar to wrong password?

my phone /Huawei P9/ can see RC wifi. When I put password, I can not to connect to wifi. I can connect to RC with phone only via OTG.. What can I do? Please help @DJI

have you tried to reset Spark's WiFi? press the battery button for 9 seconds (until you hear 3 beeps). then try to connect again

Yes, I have tried... Couple of times, and nothing ...

try to reset RC WiFi - press RC power button for 9 seconds (3 beeps).
the default password is 12341234.
were you using a different phone to connect to RC before the P9? if yes, check if that phone has WiFi on as it may connect directly to the RC and not allowing your P9 to connect.

Hallo. I used another phone. Wifi RC was find. I put the password 12341234, and was write, that the password is wrong. I still can´t to connect RC --- Mobile phone. Please help me.

Try using PC Assistant on your computer to connect to Spark and reset the WiFi password
