The residence was made by Ricardo Bofill in the '80s. The original lake was natural, but it was modified to be artificial and play the role of a water tank for the new city. I was looking for a place to leave in this area, and I had the chance to find a flat in this building, just at the extremity. I found it convenient because I have a RC-Sailboat and a telescope
The other building on the other side is apartments as well.
