I record the videos from my osmo with microphone I check it from the cell phone application and everything sounds good when I put the memory in the computer or I pass it through the mail the audio sounds very sharp.

Anita, please try to lower the sound in the app. You can enter the camera setting and do it in the audio control. Please provide us the original video so we can check it for you. Thanks for your support.
