I cannot seem to connect both a laptop and desktop both running win10 32 bit to the Assistant 2 application (latest version 1.2.0)
yes I installed the 32 drivers.
yes I did a clean install.
yes I checked for USB conflicts, com ports etc, all ok
any help/ideas ?

so you cannot connect dji assistance from your PC with your uav? on my m210, there is a hardware switch on the uav at the usb connector i must choose so that the PC can read the usb signal

Old post but had the same problem a while back. Discovered that Win 10 has a default enforcer mode for drivers.

Win 10 will not install a driver without a 'valid digital signature' ie the dji driver I had at the time. It will without notification install the nearest valid driver it has instead.

To turn off this Win 10 feature! do the following:

1. Hold 'shift key' and restart Win 10. This will open the troubleshooting menu at startup.
2. Select advanced Option then opt to turn OFF enforcer mode for signatures.
3. Re-boot normally and confirm choice.
4. Re install dji driver

Worked for me.

Simplest things first. Have you tried using a different cable. I know it says the port is working but this can happen.
