Ah thanks mate - I've got about 24 hours of video LOL Never edited a second of it though. I tend to record between photos for fun and delete the videos to make space. I appreciate them but I don't have the editing tools to really create what I want. I've always been more into stills.

lol I missed my opportunity for a mist shot today, woke up looked out the window and the mist was coming off the river wonderfully, looked fabulous.  Should have gone out straight away, but waited too long and by then the sun came out to play and that was it for another day..... tomorrow lol

There have been many occasions when I've woke up and looked outside to a beautiful morning then went back to bed It is an effort to head out for sun rise

Light is vital and makes all the difference. Subject matter is crucial though a tree can be more dramatic than a football match LOL. Angle. Altitude. Symmetry but lighting conditions above all.
As for the camera - the kelvin (white balance) needs to be perfect (never auto). Gimbal tilt needs to be finely adjusted between the rule of thirds and position to the sun. ISO ALWAYS set to 100. Shutter speeds working with ND filters due to the fixed aperture to control the light and therefore the exposure value. Higher shutter speeds don't matter as much with stills as there is obviously no motion blur unless the subject is moving at close range during the shot like a person running or a car/bike driving at fast speed. You will get a jello effect with the Mavic though due to the electronic shutter. Colour grades and profiles: sharpness, contrast, saturation are all down to personal preference. Once you have all of the that under your control it then comes down to positioning the drone at the right time/setting and finally editing in post. I'm still getting the hang of it all too

I use Pro Show 7 . But my laptop went into hibernation, so I’m using iMovie on my iPad until I get a different editor for my new laptop.

Yeah, I did use it a while ago and got so frustrated with how slow it was that I just dumped it and focused on stills. May be better with a 30 second to one-minute clip - a quick shot or something like that. We'll see

I wouldn't say its a talent as I just put a drone in the air and snap really but thank you for the compliment. Taking the MPP abroad is on my to do list!

Great shots.. glad that you didn't have issue..
Last time i tried to fly Pro during the mist and it gave me battery error and crashed after 30 secs took off... mist scares me now...

It wasn't that thick and as you can see and I flew hundreds of feet above it. Moisture of any description isn't the best for drones.
