Hi need help suddenly my spark gimbal does not move when i power on my spark. On the dji go app no error message and the gimbal status is normal. Already tried updating and downgrading the firmware still does not work.  

Seems like a hardware malfunction then - contact DJI support and get it shipped back asap

Did you experience any hard landings or crashes prior the problem?
Please also provide a sample video of your Spark's gimbal for investigation.
Please try and do Gimbal Calibration,
