F 450 rolling over to right on take off. Suspect the Pitch and Roll gains. Default is 75% roll  75% Pitch and 100% yaw. I notice at this rate very little correction is comming from the gryo when craft is tilted.

Any thoughts?

Gains shouldn't affect that, I'd suspect vibration. The NazaM is pretty resistant to vibes, but not infallible against really hard vibrations. Also try flying it in manual mode. That'll turn off GPS and attitude correction to rule out problems with those parts. If there's a drift in manual mode, I'd again suspect vibration.

Yes, calibrating the IMU is a good idea also....
