Check the serial number. For all refurbished products, the fifth from last character will be "S"or "R".

I just checked mine and the SN does not have a R at the end of it.  Mine is a refurbished unit.  However the Box on the sticker it does say "Mavic Pro(Refurbished Unit) on the top right of the sticker where the SN, EAN, and UPC are.

For all refurbished products, the fifth from last character will be "S"or "R".  Here's the link for what DJI says about it. The refurbished serial number bit is close to the bottom.

Hi Susan, I got the delivery of my new Mavic 2 Pro from Amazon India today. I find that the sticker which closes the lid of the black box was cut open before delivery by someone. I suspect some foul play. The serial number is : 163DF9L001C68E. Could you kindly verify the genuineness of the product

It seems to me that when some persons are hunting for a "bargain" DJI product, they should ask a lot of these and other questions of the person they are purchasing from.  I truly hope that person that paid fifty dollars up front, either gets what they wanted, or at the very least gets their money back.

The serial number.
That validates the number to the AC to DJI.

I’d use eBay over Craigslist. eBay has a great return policy!

Well received. Upon checking in the system, 0V2DG4U0A30040 can be found and it is Phantom 4 RTK Combo, no worries.

Is it a refurbished Mavic Air? And can you please confirm the warranty? Thank you so much!

This might actually be the new S/N after being refurbished. It's stick to the drone case. Can you please check it as well as warranty? Thank you again

It's in DJI's system, so it's a real Phantom 4 Pro , it is no longer in warranty with DJI though.

Or_Milshtein, the SN can be found in the box and battery compartment. With it, we can check the exact status in our system. Personally, I don't think it is a good deal in considering of warranty and authenticity.
