There are no fakes, period. No one has ever reported finding a fake DJI drone.

Hi there, the aircraft history is not available to check at our end. Currently, the warranty period for a product starts on the day such product is delivered, unless otherwise agreed upon between you and DJI, please kindly note and understand.

I have doubts about my mavic 2 enterprise, he lose signal with controllor in less then 500m.

Hi, sorry for the belated reply. I can check the serial number of your drone.
However, if you are inquiring about the issue of the distance of the drone, flight distance sometimes relates to the flight environment, we would suggest that you fly the drone in an open wide area.
Obstacles between the drone and controller may influence or block the signal, please keep away from the obstacles.
Please sheck the antenna position of the remote controller. Distance should be greater than height during flight, and please make sure the remote controller’s antennas are positioned parallel to and are pointed towards the aircraft.
Also, please update your drone and RC to the consistency or latest version.
Hope this could solve your case.

I purchased a demo/fake Mavic 2 Zoom drone from eBay in Australia earlier this year. The eBay listing made it very clear that it was NOT real and said "DJI Replica Dummy Model". The thing is, if you did not know any better, a bad person could present it as real. It looks exactly like the real drone, has substantial weight to it but has no electronics inside it. If you were a newbie and did not try to fly it or power it on etc you could be scammed.

I believe these demo/fake drones are the things you see in an authorised DJI shop front. They look exactly like a real drone but lack any of the internals. They even come with the props sealed in the normal DJI white plasticy bag.

In the end I purchased the Mavic 2 Zoom and the Phantom 4 fake/demo units just for fun. The Phantom 4 even came in the foam case it normally comes in and has the controller plus a fake LCD. I can post some photos if you wish.

Anyway, to you and me it is clear they are not real but maybe to other newbies it might not be so clear if presented correctly by an unscrupulous person.

I think refurbished units  have a "R" at the end of the serial number.

All DJI Mavic Pro boxes come sealed with sticker seals, they are not open boxes, if the seals are broken then it has been opened.

Hi lannes . . where did you get that link - http://tools.retroroms.info - from as if you write "999999999" or "Breakfast" in there, it actually gives you a build date, even if the Drone isn't identified

Hi, as per this serial number, 1581F4XFA2276ML74ZP3, the drone belongs to a US version, which means the drone was/should be sold in the US, and the warranty will only be provided in the US. Thank you for your attention.

You can use the drone in Norway. It is the warranty service that can not be provided in Norway. You can still claim a paid service in the repair center in Europe if needed. Hope this is informative for you.

Hi. You can still use your drone aircraft in Norway. DJI Care Refresh Service is only available in the country or region where the DJI Care Refresh was purchased. Thank you.
