I've had this Ronin when it was released. I recently updated the firmware to see if it would go away. Looking through the forums it seems like 2.3 brought out the issue. I'm not sure what firmware mine was at before updating. The issue always existed. Because we used it immediately, we simply corrected the minor movements with Warp Stabilizer for the time being.

Balancing is spot on + tried all smoothmotion settings low/high.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I want to know if this is normal or a defect!

What are the StiffNess you set? please set them lower to see

I've lowered the stiffness setting from 70 to 30.

The footage is unusable at this point and I was wondering if there's any recalls from DJI regarding this type of wobble? It seems like a lot of people are experiencing the same issue.

Check the settings of your camera let it focus on the point you want

Camera settings was set on manual focus so nothing was moving in the lens to cause off balance.

I've included a screenshot of the stiffness settings. The balancing has not been touched since the wedding shot I posted above.

Make sure the Lens Support Screw are mounted and you may set the Pan Stiffness lower to see
