Hi,
installed DJI Go, connected the Osmo Mobile with bluetooth. Can not take video with the small button in front. Shortly starts then stops working - no content.
Taking photos works fine.
Please advice.

Is the battery fully charged?  Try a different mobile device to see if it's the Osmo or the phone.

This maybe related to your micro SD card speed limitations.  Card must be at least a speed rating of 10 to record at a high resolution rate.  Try it with a 720p recording and see if it works.  I've come across this on my gopro, where i would stop recording at 48sec if i put the resolution above 720p.  Now all my micro sd cards are at least speed rating of 10 and haven't had any issues since.

Thx for the replies. The iPhone SE does not use a SD-Card.
In the meantime it works. No clue why.
I changed the location and started the devices again.

sorry, I miss read your post.  thought you had the Osmo but you have the osmo mobile.

Glad you resolved your issue.

Hi McZimP, restarting everything including the app may fix issues like this. It could be a bit of a glitch in the phone and Osmo connectivity and it is good to know that it is now resolved.
