Dear DJI,

Is there any chance we can have a moderator to see over threads, keep things in line - and to bin the spam threads?

The threads run fairly easily as it is - but sometimes a calming comment can help, and lets face it - the spam threads from India and other places are just annoying people so much.

If these threads were deleted by yourselves - then we could see that you are looking after the forum, but on evidence - it looks like you aren't bothered - and are only using this forum primarily as a site to sell more of your products.  Good way to annoy your client base.

I'm ruling myself out straight away - as I work away too often.

I'd suggest a more mature Forum Member with experience and no flame posts.

Elektrica, Cetzacean, Nebuchadnez, Montfrooji, Toorboy or Genghis9.

Hell - make em all moderators.  If the spam originators realise the forum is moderatored - then there will a lot less spam in the future.

Anyone else got a candidate?  We can always make up a poll if DJI agree.

this is the shame forum IMO ....

all we .. users were being acting helping people more than them .... this is not normal .

i was op  ( @ ) in english & spanish channels of Emule Irc Official Tech Support long time ago .... , all we were volunteers , but we really did a personal tech support to users. Nothing to do with this lol ....

this forum need " inmediate actions " against this kindda of flood ...  im sick of reporting spam .... enough is enough

It’s frustrating viewing the forum when it’s page after page of spam, last time I checked one of the spammers was lvl 4 they had so many posts.

i d sent an advice directly :

I regret to  inform you that your DJI Forum is riddled with spammers, Trolls and  there is no action on the part of the moderators or operators.
The  reason for this is to report that this forum is in danger, since today  and for about two months these actions of the spamers go to more.

In the defense of the administrators, they probably have other duties other than policing this forum.  I would imagine that DJI is a company that gets their moneys worth from every single employee.
When you see spam,  just scroll.

I agree there should be more admins or moderators, but we're not the ones to make that decision unfortunately...

I assume everyone is on holiday currently.

Holiday or not - allowing a trusted few who are non DJI to moderate, would go a long way to ensuring the smooth running of the forum.

Even if there was a holiday in China - you'd expect some sort of support in the offices around the world, be it Europe, Asia or the Americas.

Not every DJI employee is Chinese, thus not affected by the Chinese New Year holidays.

There really is no excuse to let a forum get run this badly.

Exactly... there aren’t comments by DJI Team anywhere...
so ... just wait... and I believe , they will remove spam and solve this problem on the forum

Yeah I remember, so it’s not like a mod hadn’t seen the spam, luckily it seams the mods have been busy and cleaned up the forums. I know I can just ignore the spam threads but when your on a mobile device or a tablet those type of threads take up most of the screen at times. It makes it such a PITA to navigate to the threads I wanna read some times I think feck it.

it's a shame that spammers have invaded this forum, as you can see it has already become common .....

Yes they cleaned up a bit but the spam keeps coming daily!
