Hi, can someone help me out. The first time out with the mavic air, I shot in jpeg and actually had the pictures at resolution 4056×3040.
Since then I've been shooting in RAW format, and the image resolution is only 960x720. I've gone through the settings several times and can't find anywhere to change the resolution. Is the image resolution, when shooting in RAW, stuck to 960x720? If not, how do I change it back to the max resolution?

The resolution you mention is the DNG format's preview image. Try to "elicit" your RAW image, then you have a full resolution pic.

Like Leif mentioned above, it should be the preview version. Please connect the drone to PC and export the original pictures from the drone. Hope it helps.

So, this is what happens. When I upload the pics to my pc, I see them at 960x720 (dng) in my explorer folder. But when I am done editing them in Lightroom and export them, then they have the full resolution of 4056×3040 jpeg. Very odd still, but I'm not concerned anymore.
