The AC power adapter will stop charging the battery if the battery cell temperature is not
within the operating range [41° to 104° F (5° to 40° C). The ideal charging temperature is
[71.6° to 82.4° F (22° to 28° C).
If you are in temp range, try cycling power after removing it from charger and then pop it back into a different port (if using the multi port DJI block) or direct to the cable. I assume this is a DJI charger?
If still no change in LEDs after 30 minutes, try a different battery and confirm charger is working.
Otherwise you have a bad battery.
Good luck
Hi there, please refer to the screenshot below and introduce which LED is lighting. If it is LED4 blinking, refer to the second picture below. If it is the LED1, please try to drain the power and charge again. If it doesn't help, you might need to send the battery in. Please contact our support for a further help.
As Thor said, I would try to cycle the battery down to 8% using the Mavic then try to recharge, At 8% the battery's internal intelligence software should reset and hopefully it charges for you, if not you know where it has to go, returned. Should only take around an hour to fully charge.
