Hello, they stole my mavic air controller, unfortunately it is not sold separately, something knows what I could do or when it comes out?

Incredible what people are stealing! I am very sorry for you. I recommend the following steps: a) report the theft to the police in order to have it documented, b) monitor Ebay or other poipular sales platforms in your country for somebody selling a single RC for Mavic Air and find out if it is in your area (because it might be the thief) and c) contact DJI support for getting a replacement.

They stole my Mavic air Bag (except Drone! ) unfortunately they told me that at the moment they do not sell it separately, i dont know what i can do.

Who told you? The online chat? Open a formal support case and I am sure that DJI will help you: https://www.dji.com/support

I absolutely understand it but I am still optimistic that a solution will be found.

Some people want locking up! Will your home insurance cover the cost for the replacement - including the drone of course?

They robbed me when I was in the garage (public garage) no Insurance

Sucks dude atleast they didnt get the main component, the drone! Was it seperate different bag?

Sorry to hear that! There are some very nasty people around for sure! Fingers crossed DJI can help out.

I would suggest to wait if yours shows up in Italy (therefore important to have reported the theft to the police) and to also wait which solution DJI can offer to you once one of the responsibles here is taking care of your case.

Another option is to follow MA fly aways on forum and ask guys with lost drones if they are willing to sell the RC...

watch on ebay i guess, thankfully lots of people lose their drones

Already done, there's nothing they can do, remote is not sold separatly

I see the Mavic pro controllers for sale but none for the Air, I wonder if the Pro controller would work?

They are not compatible.

If somebody found a downed bird and had no controller then this would be the place to find one?
