Hi,
My Mavic Pro lost connection with RC during a Waypoint flight. Since then, I can't connect the drone with the RC and even with Assistant 2 the drone will not appear in the app. TH RC does appear in the Assistant 2 app. Please help for any support. It looks to me like the drone is 'frozen'. One thing I notice on the drone is the yellow light don't flash the moment I turn it on and the moment I turn the drone off, one green light of the accu keeps blinking.


Any help is appreciated!

Maybe worth doing a 'factory reset' and reinstalling the Mavic firmware?

How can I perform a factory reset?

You can connect with dji assistant and do a full reset

Thanks, the only issue is Assistant 2 doesn't react when I connect the Mavic via USB. I tried the RC to connect to Assistant 2 and this works well.
