I very much doubt it, and if it got any bigger I'd have trouble walking. Your missus had no complaints about my size.

FlyingDutchman...    comment is one of the primary thoughts I had in this case. For Phantom it is by default that it lands where it is, if the distance from HP is 20m or less. Don't know if it is the same for spark, but this is the cause if it were within such distance. The high  don't count, it is the horizontal distance from HP. Perhaps you know all that, but just to be sure.
