hi all can anyone help or offer advice about video my phantom 4 one day it was ok and the next this is what im getting, also the video is choppy im at my wits end, any help would be greatly welcomed.

Hi John, just to verify, you are checking the videos on the SD card, right? What's the video resolution? Could you upload some original videos to Dropbox or Google Drive? We'd like to look into it.

That looks like video from the copy on your phone. It is a low resolution copy of the video you shot, it has to be reduced in resolution and bitrate in order to be squeezed through the retun radio channel. You are not meant to use it for anything, instead, take the micro SD card out of the P4, plug it into your computer, copy the files off and then use those ones.

thanks for the reply, these videos are taken from the computer, there not so bad when i transfer them to computer, but never the less there bad, i have changed my sd card to a SanDisk Extreme microSDHC Memory Card A1 App Performance Up to 100MB/s, 32 GB, Class 10, U3, V30 , also it doesnt mater whether i film in .mov or .mp4,
