I have recently got an M600 and ronin mx with a canon dslr and cant stop the shaking on the footage. I have tried everything i could find to try and resolve the issue but i cant, image stabiliser on the camera turned off, etc. The ronin says its perfectly balanced, etc. Any body had this issue? If so, how did you fix it?Appreciate your replies.

Hi there, sorry for the trouble you are having with M600 and Ronin-MX, please make a brief troubleshooting per the following steps:
1. Please make sure you use lens support.
2. May I ask whether you install lens hood on the lens? If yes, please remove it.
3. You should close OIS function for your lens.
4. May I ask whether you use hot shoe on the cage's top part to fix your camera? Please do it.
5. You need choose right camera type in your Ronin-MX assistant software per the camera you use.
6. All the screws on gimbal should be tightened firmly.
7. Yaw axis's motor end should be connected to dovetail and locked well.
8. Shutter time of video should be not less than 1/50s.
