Hey there

So I have an issue with using manual settings instead of automatic on the image settings.

Whenever I go into auto all works fine clear picture and looks great.

But whenever I go into manual settings mode all I get is a black dark screen.

No matter what I change the ISO and Shutter speed to the exposure is always at -2.0 and no picture.

Any tips/anybody else have this issue?

Kyle, did you try to change a mobile device? Please save all the pictures and videos from your app and reinstall it. If the problem remains, please tell me the version of your app. Thanks for your support.

Hey elektra, yeh I have used it on my samsung tablet and a samsung phone, the problem occurs with both no manual control over images/videos. As for versions of the app both devices have the most recent version dji go 4 v4.2.6. I can upload screenshots if required.
