I'm not sure if it's risky.  I pretty much always fly in the wind.  The snow was new.  At one point, it was snowing so hard that I had to turn on Sport mode to disable the sensors because it wouldn't fly anywhere.

We went to a little area by Mt Rose hwy and also North Tahoe Regional Park.  Unfortunately, there wasn't much snow until we were leaving.  Still fun for the kids though!

Thanks, and yes!  Twas exhilarating!!!  definitely more stressful driving in the snow though!

Thanks, it was great!  except that I had to take the gloves off to fly... My fingers went very numb at a few times.  They thawed out ok though!

Nice video indeed. The first minute was very cinematic and looked like shots you might see in a documentary about Tahoe. Very well done. I would have loved to see the Spark track with the kids as they went down the hill. lol But really good video thanks for sharing.

I tried to do better at the sledding hill, but I had to stop due to loss of feeling in my fingers.  It was also VERY windy.  But I know, excuses excuses.  Next time I will do better, I swear!!!!

Thank you!  I promise that my footage doesn't do the place justice.  I always have to remind myself that I need to look up at what I'm seeing rather than down at my cell phone display.  Just taking 10 seconds to breathe deep and appreciate the beauty does something to my soul!
