What did DJI do about this?

Day 29 without my Bird 1.  Lost revenue.  I was told by DJI that once they bind the remote I returned to the refurbished one, they would send me a tracking number.  I am not sure how long that takes.  I just hope it is soon, as I have several pending jobs awaiting.
