I have two vision 2+ and four batteries.. after just 12 and 15 charges the batteries are not working in the units even though the test is showing the cells are ok and the life of them is at 90%

They are less than a year old. Any Ideas ?

What do the led indicators on the battery show for charge state. When inserted into the Phantom does it power up? Need details of what's going on.
