Belgocontrol & the Ministry of Transport ( FAA equivalent in Belgium ) just released a new website about where you are allowed to flight with your drone in Belgium : droneguide.be
The website droneguide.be describes the applicable aeronautical regulations for unmanned aircraft. Belgocontrol and the Belgian Civil Aviation Authority pay due attention to the data that have been put at disposal, but cannot guarantee that those are complete, up to date and 100% accurate. The use of the website droneguide.be does not in any way exempt the person in charge of the drone from their obligation to consult and comply with all applicable rules, particularly the Royal Decree of 10 April 2016 with regard to the use of remotely piloted aircraft in the Belgian airspace and the officially published aeronautical information (Aeronautical Information Publication). The map is just a visual support for the familiarization with the Belgian airspace structure for remotely piloted aircraft (drone) operations. The user is under no circumstances authorized to put the data made available at the disposal of, or to transfer or to show the data to any third party, wholly or partly, as is or in any recognisable form, with or without a commercial purpose. Belgocontrol nor the Belgian Civil Aviation Authority assume liability for damages of any kind arising from the use of the website droneguide.be.
