Can you help me with advice. I can buy Phantom 2, Gimbal H3 D3, and Hero 3 camera for the same price as Phantom 2 Vision plus v.3.
I want to ask is there big difference between gimbal of the drones? And aslo any differences between the work of the drones. Is it one and same body?

For me the advantage of the V+ is that its all ready to go out of the box, just add your smartphone and you have the free vision app and ground station to play with.
For the GoPro option, you still need to add some sort of FPV kit including a monitor and iosd for telemetry.
Both use the standard Phantom 2 platform with some modifications like the taller landing legs on the V+.
It all depends on if you are an out of the box ready to fly or build it on the kitchen table type of guy...
