my friends Mavic, just back from DJI getting gimbal fixed, needs to be updated, we're trying to update and keep getting stuck on the 'confirm your account' page.

I've made sure her account is active and up on the device.
any help will be greatly appreciated.

Make sure your email is correct

If this problem is in loginng into DJI Assistant 2 , it's probably asking for a "Captcha" code, try clicking on where it should be this may bring it up, otherwise disable the  virus protection and run DJI Assistant 2 again.

Please try to reinstall the app or DJI Assistant 2 if you fail many times. If the problem remains, please provide a screenshot of the situation. Thanks for your support.
