Moreover in the description of the video I've mentioned the author of the song.

I'm not the law and I will not judge you, but you are completely wrong about this.
If I were you, I would remove that video as soon as possible and edit again with the use of some Copyright Free Music.

Lovely video and looks a great place but imho have to agree about the music. There is a lot more to fair use than whether or not something is monetized. Not monetizing a work helps cover your behind, but it’s not the only thing to worry about. Also, writing a little disclaimer crediting the artist and claiming no intention to violate copyright laws is urban myth. You are violating copyright laws. Saying you didn’t intend to violate them doesn’t absolve you and you may still get caught out. When it doubt, leave it out!

Let me again mention that I think your video is awesome.

It's a shame if you can not produce a new one and I can fully understand you're sorry to have to delete the one you've shown us here.

Getting green from the group that made the music is probably not enough at all. There are several instances involved in such things and they can all claim compensation from you.

Do not wait for a license from Coldplay - you will get a resounding "no" with the greatest probability. The best thing you can do is to remove the video, or at least make it private, so only you can see it.

That is partially true. In some countries Youtube does not have a contract with certain publishers and your video will be silent.

BTW, very very nice work.
If you want, I can make some music you can use.
(that does require re doing the edit....)
And I can match the bpm of my song to this Coldplay tune so you don't have to change a lot.

I am thinking about this tune.

I can match that so it has the same BPM as the Coldplay one if you want.

But I think, that i'll keep everything as it is. Maximum what can happen,  youtube block my channel. If to be honest, I don't care about it )))

P.s: In my previous video on my channel (Iceland Travel video), I also have used popular song and author of this song just added his ad in my video and allowed me to use his song ))

Every now and then, I find that a piece of music that I thought was royalty free will get "tagged" by YouTube as "copyrighted". But that seems to be all they do - just put a note on the posting about it.  I'm not sure if they keep count and penalize someone who does it a lot or what.

Karibu sana, hakuna matata! Awesome footage of an incredible place!! I was there last year, wish I took my mavic with me but I was in Kenya before and they didn't issue me a permit :/ did you have any difficulties flying over there? Asante Sana!

Seems that they don't care about the Drones on Zanzibar....
This year I am also planning to go to Kenya Safari with my Mavic pro.
Do I need to issue a special permit for it?

Seems that they don't care about the Drones on Zanzibar....

I'm afraid yes, you need a permit to go to Kenya with a drone and then you have to pay extra to fly your drone inside a national park, but most of them are banning drones so I'd check thoroughly if I were you as the parks are well protected. I've been to Masaai Mara and Tsavo (east & west).
