I'm afraid yes, you need a permit to go to Kenya with a drone and then you have to pay extra to fly your drone inside a national park, but most of them are banning drones so I'd check thoroughly if I were you as the parks are well protected. I've been to Masaai Mara and Tsavo (east & west).

I Just have read about this.
Nothing sirious. When you using SME content in your video, a notification about it automatically sending to SME (in my case) and then they decide what to do (block music in my video/block video/monetize my video). In my case they choosen monetise my video about zanzibar. That's quite fair I think! I am using their song and they raising some money ) All are happy ))
