[size=14.6667px]I was out flying my air for the 1st time this morning and I found that the default speed seems way too fast. I was trying to do a flyover of a local building & I even flipped to cinematic mode but was still clocking 8m/s. Any tips for slower fly overs?

Tripod mode will slow things down. Cinematic mode does not change the maximum speed, it just changes how quickly the drone responds to changes in acceleration (smooths out the starts and stops).

Also, Gentle stick/throttle control maybe?  You should be able to move slow even in sports mode.  Like you wouldn't kick the pedal to the metal of your car either.
