I just purchased My Air and I am absolutely scared with the Video Lag I got...

Near 10 sec even to start or stop a movie, take a picture... so any footage is lost and can’t fly FPV....

It’s my first DJI drone to use WiFi and I afraid Is not usable...

I already had P3P, P3A, S900, Inspire, Mavic Pro and P4P...
Never had any lag with those drones...

I have an IPhone X in airplane mode... latest version of everything.... let transmission on automatic.

Is your mobile device not connected via cable to your RC? I have no visible lag on mine. Sorry that I can't help more.

What happens if you plug in your phone to bottom USB port on the controller. Any better?  You have to remove the plug from the top left side first, then use a standard lighting cable to go from USB on bottom middle of controller into your iPhone.

hm, only thing that comes to mind is try it with another phone/tablet to check if it's phone or drone problem

I have serious lag on the image transmission after reaching a distance of only 100 meters - making it close to unusable. When reaching 200 meters of distance I lose transmission and after a short period of time my Mavic Air Returns to Home.

I have tried it with my iPhone 7 Plus connected to the Controller via the provided cable and also tried with an iPhone SE - same issue.

Apesar to me that is a Wifi HW transmisión issue... I tried many things... the one that better works is to manually select the best channel
