Timelapse Issue with Osmo Mobile

Hello Everyone,

For some reason I cannot record a timelapse longer than 20 seconds regardless of interval and duration settings with my Osmo Mobile 1.  It often records for just a few seconds and just stops.
This is happening on timelapse, hyperlapse, and motionlapse.  Using an iPhone 7Plus

What I’ve tried so far:
Updated to latest firmware 1.6.0.80
Removed the battery from the Osmo Mobile
Cleared the cache within the DJI GO app
Confirmed I have enough space on the iPhone
Charged battery for both devises to 100%
Tried each video resolution option
Uninstalled and reinstalled the DJI Go App

I have a feeling I’m doing something wrong and need help to identify it.

Yes it does, i started tapping the screen to make sure it was not the cause.

Yes, but Ihave almost 55GB of available memory on the iphone7 and deleted all videos and cleared the app of all videos as well.

I tried it today.
Got to 0:21 final video. About 5 minutes of recording timelapse.



Still no 'recording complete'.
Now I did get that notification when my end time was met.
(I first set it to 30 sec and got that notification after 30 sec)

So I see in your video you have set it to 10m, but somehow it does still end the recording.
That is strange.
What resolution are you on?
I am on 1080p

Last night, just to test the hardware, I put a Pixel XL 2, (Android ver. 8.1.0; DJI Go ver. #3.1.28) into the gimbal...
Motionlapse ran just fine.
Seems to me that the problem is with the iPhone version of DJI Go or something in the current iOS, (running iOS ver. 11.2.6).

Hello Everyone, it looks like the solution is to reset the bluetooth paring.  I clicked “forget device” in Bluetooth, opened the the app and paired the device within the app and its working now.  I hope this works for you also.  Please let us know.

My Insta360 camera software notified me to reset the paring when I opened the app after the last iOS update. Bluetooth connectivity bugs where "fixed".

The post in 24# is from our engineers, sorry for the Chinese version, it means the issue was caused by the interruption of Bluetooth, glad to know you figured out the problem. Hope you have a great time with it.
