It appears you are holding down the battery button...if you are, that is an incorrect procedure.
If you are only interested in seeing the current battery state, simply press the button once momentarily and release and note the number of bars lit and whether blinking or not.
If you wish to power on the battery, simply press once momentarily and release, then again momentarily for 2 seconds to where you get the lights to come on and stay on.
You should review all this info as well as the light code for batteries in your manual starting on page 32 of the manual v1.4
Since your video shows all lights green on that battery, the good news is that the battery may not be the problem but your technique and procedures for using it.
Recommend you review all operating instructions and try again or provide more specific information as to what you are seeing and having a problem with i.e. your current video seems to present more questions than answers.
