Is it a brand new battery?  If so it may well be defective. They have a 6 month guarantee so you should be OK.

Hello colleagues, I suggest that you familiarize yourself with my expert knowledge on the recovery of dead batteries. It can be any batteries - both from mobile phones, and car batteries. This course will start your business with little or no investment. And it is also certainly useful for saving the family budget and earning money for personal use.

6 month guarantee still applies ( unless you've had it longer )
With the battery disconnected, if you press the ON button once, what happens?
If there is any charge in the battery, one or more LEDs should light up for a few seconds
indicating the power level.
In the user manual I think there's a chart of error messages.
If you press for five seconds, the LEDs should indicate the overall state of the battery, from memory.

I prepared a video to show you what's happening when's disconnected.
All good with my 2 others battery so the charger is ok.

It appears you are holding down the battery button...if you are, that is an incorrect procedure.

If you are only interested in seeing the current battery state, simply press the button once momentarily and release and note the number of bars lit and whether blinking or not.

If you wish to power on the battery, simply press once momentarily and release, then again momentarily for 2 seconds to where you get the lights to come on and stay on.
You should review all this info as well as the light code for batteries in your manual starting on page 32 of the manual v1.4

Since your video shows all lights green on that battery, the good news is that the battery may not be the problem but your technique and procedures for using it.
Recommend you review all operating instructions and try again or provide more specific information as to what you are seeing and having a problem with i.e. your current video seems to present more questions than answers.
Best of Luck

Thank you for comments.
I know how to use it, I made this video to show you I can't switch it on.

I made a second one briefly press the button then plug the charger on it to show you the issue

Hi, I believe I am having the same problem with Phantom 3 batteries. Tried two brand new batteries. Press the power button for 1 second and the first bar flashes 4 times. I will say these batteries have been in storage for over 6 months. Would that have something to do with it?
