MY DJI MACVIC PRO IS FULLY CHARGED AS IS MY CONTROLLER, BUT WHEN I START THEM BOTH, MY ;CONTROLLER SAYS CONNECTING, AND NEVER DOES. ANY HINTS WILL BE APPRECIATED.

Maybe try re-linking your AC and RC. Or maybe check the switch on the AC is not in wifi mode.

Checked that before, but did it again just to be sure. It is in the RC mode.

try re-linking the RC and the Craft

Make sure the antenna is pointed up and the RC is within 1m of the AC - if that fails then follow the tutorial lomo kindly posted and if that fails you need to contact DJI support and get it shipped back.

Try to change to wifi mode then in Remote Settings try to Link the Remote Controller.

Hi there, please try to relink the RC and AC, you can refer to the tutorial on 4#, and make sure that the drone and RC are on the consistency firmware version before linking. See if it helps.
