I'm using Final Cut Pro. For me, it's all I need as I can do all the colour grading and effects within one program.

Oh yes I see, that is a pro solution

For those who can't afford FCP or Adobe have a look at Davinci Resolve 14 nothing to beat free and almost as good an editor. For colour grading it is a leader.
