I see, what goodies do you have your eyes on these days? You sure want to choose wisely, as you well know these points aren't easy to come by :-)

I am thinking about buying some additions to my Osmo Mobile.

So essentially:
- A carrying case
- Intelligent battery (large capacity version, for longer shots)
- Arm to be able to use a tripod (for motion timelapses)
- Charger (so I can charge faster and while using the OM)

I already have a powerbank that can power both the Osmo Mobile and the iPhone (I do need a new cable with 90degrees angle to be able to fit the cable to the iPhone while mounted)

So with those purchases I will be able to make longer timelapses and carry the Osmo Mobile around better protected.

I like your choices, especially the carrying case. Do you find yourself now shooting video that always gets stabilized or are there occasions when a quick selfie happens without the Osmo?

It is a mixed breed.
I love shooting video with my DSLR because of the look I get (DOF).
And if I don't choose too long focal lengths I can manage to shoot pretty stable footage hand held when holding it far away with the neck strap tight.
AND
I also have a dedicated video camera. But that I only use when I need the zoom OR when I'm filming trains (they move too fast for DSLR to stay in focus)
BUT
Not when I move around with the camera. So only stationary shots.

That is when the Osmo Mobile comes in handy.
So when I plan on filming while walking, OM is the way to go.
And when I plan on doing some moving shots, OM is the way to go.
The nice thing with the Osmo Mobile is that I usually have my phone with me, so I also have my camera with me.
Very nice.
And yes, I do sometimes shoot with my iPhone hand held. Works perfectly when not moving around.

So the Osmo Mobile was my perfect entry into the world of stabilization without costing me  too much.
And I can find out if it is worth dragging around

You can redeem 5400 point max per month.
That equals $30 in DJI credit.
The DJI credits remain valid for 1 year.

Just a quick question. If I redeem 5400 points last month and redeemed 5400 points this month do they total together or can I only spend the 5400 point credit per month.
  I am planning to get a battery and was wondering do I get a $32 credit or a $64 credit or if I wait long enough get a free battery with all the credit.

I think it is 32 per 5400, but you have to look it up.
In NL it is € 21 per 5400
That I know for sure.
And yes, they add up.
Look in the store and log in under your account. You should see the credit you redeemed.

Thanks. Have only seen the first 5400 points being credit. Will check at the end of the month to see if the rest is credited to my account.

That is strange, usually they add in the first few days (at least, when you were on time with converting to credits)

I wish there was a quicker way to earn points... at 5 points a day for logging in that takes a LONG time to save up for anything!
