Anything up to 15MPH is fine though even 20MPH is manageable at closer altitude and range

I think anything upto 20mph (gust) should be fine. I have tried upto around 38mph at very low altitude. It survived the wind with a few GPS errors in the log.

I fly at max 20 mph wind Gusts which are usually higher than wind speeds. So it is the absolute maximum speed that my spark has to fight for. And Photos + videos do not seem to be effected. But Im comfortable with anything below 15 mph.

You need to change your poll wind numbers...anyone who knows anything about the Spark knows it can easily handle 10 mph winds so the first 3 are really N/A.  What your poll should be examining are upper limits like 10-15, 15-20, 20-25, >25.

Okay, this will most likely reset the poll.

As a rule, the windier it is, the lower I fly.   I am amazed though at how stable the tiny spark is in wind.

I'm ok with 6 to 10, shes jerky but controllable. I flew 15+ gusts. It was around the time of a go4 update. But with the gusty winds I'd ground lanuch and the AC was fighting the winds... Anyways all lights went off and she was uncontrollable at 3 feet off the ground. Held left stick dn, she reconnected and landed after 30 seconds.

I don't know how fast the wind is, but it's got to be completely uncontrollable before I won't fly.  but, to find out if it's controllable or not, I've already flown, so where does that put me?

Ever since I saw this video I was not too worried about the Spark in the wind, and indeed, I have never had a problem even though I do a lot of flying on the beach and in a coastal city.

i'll go out if gusts at ground level are no greater than 20, with average at 10 - if i get any app warnings re: wind at higher altitude, i keep it down to <100 feet max.

Either that or “why do I keep breaking everything!?”

Have flown at 20+ mph, bit nervy but spark coped very well. Got carried off in a gust while taking a 360 deg pano, but spark flew back to position and completed the image.

40mph plus for me, highest recorded gust was 49mph and yes it blew the spark around but was able to get it home and back on the ground.

That's a good experiment with Spark and Mavic Pro. I like the little bird's fight against the blower. Thank you for sharing.

A cheap anemometer £12 or so is a big must. I always have one. With me when I'm flying.
