Hello,

My DJI spark crashed a few weeks ago. It was in beginners mode, I was flying around the outside of my house and the app cut out. The phone displayed “Disconnected” on the DJI go app, but the spark continued in the last input direction and crashed.

Anyway, the spark finished assessment phase and went to data analysis on Feb 21st and I haven’t gotten a reply as to the decision. Is two weeks typical for data analysis? I think online it said 4-5 business days.
