I keep firmware for M100, camera and RC always at the latest status. I don't know how to upgrade the firmware of the batteries, as I have no direct access to it. I assume that the batteries are upgraded from the drone when connected.
But in any case: no, way that the battery shows 68% level and in the same time the drone makes an emergency landing due to battery voltage critically low, whatever the firmware status is. The information is inconsitent and dangerous! What happened?
If you have Assistant 2 Software, link the aircraft to the Assistant 2 software. Reset to factory settings and refresh the firmware. From there, restart the aircraft. Do a flight test to see if this issue is continuing. Fly conservatively. If the issue is ongoing, let one of our technicians look at your aircraft. |
