The lakes in my area generate hydroelectricity and they lower lake levels a lot in the winter.

Are these pictures color graded? I think you've over done it a bit.

Also, what was your sharpness? -1 or -2? There's quite a lot of grain in the pictures so I suspect that the noise reduction kicked in.

This is a P3S sensor, there's gonna be grain.  Sharpness set on -1...

I feel like you should set your sharpness to 0 or +1. There's a glitch with DJI software that turns ON horrible noise reduction when the sharpness is under 0, and that can result in grainy shots.

The saturation is a bit too high indeed. May I see the original image?

Your image is also a bit over exposed. I don't know if you increased the brightness with your editor or if it's your Mavic's settings that are wrong but if you could somehow lower this exposure that would result in prettier shots.
