is there something wrong with my new Mavic Pro or did I misconfigure it?

all pictures and videos are partly blurry. Look at the high rise building to the left of the picture!

Please tell me you have removed the clear gimbal cover. If you have then read on...
First off in the video, it looks like your gimbal is picking up vibration from something. Check its hooked onto the rubber bands correctly and you have nothing obstructing the gimbal.
In the photograph I can see stripes of blur. This is odd. It could be because of the vibrations that the gimbal is picking up or something across the front of your lens (clear gimbal cover)

Helpful hint. Don't fly over birds. They have a high tendency to take off en-masse and you run a very high risk of a bird strike.

Did you tap to focus?

1. yes, I took of the gimbal cover
2. I tried another video with the drone standing still and not flying. result:
picture quality is great

Focus has nothing to do with this specific issue.
Check your gimbal plate. If it sits like on the pictures beneath you've found the reason.

The plate have to sit like on these pictures.
